  • How to get POSMAGS software

    To use the Jilsee POS software, you must first purchase the Jilsee product—the POS hardware or starter bundle—before gaining access to registration, admin center setup, and software download.


    Purchase Requirement

    Buying the official Jilsee POS hardware or a complete system package is required before you can register or use the platform’s software features.


    After buying, you’ll receive instructions for product registration, admin login setup, and downloading the operational app for your devices.


    Only purchased devices and starter packs are eligible for activation and ongoing support.


    This ensures you have all the necessary certified hardware and that your software integrates flawlessly with the full Jilsee experience

  • How do I order a new POS?

    Go to postmags.com/functionalities and order. You need a complete system. We will set you up. You can Use or Buy your own screens or tablets for POS in the kitchen, our system is based on our software. You can also use your staff hardware without using any POS intergradet device. You are obligated to buy at least one card reader (wireless nfc tab included) or wireless nfc tab to be able to use the software.

  • How to download the software?

    After registering your product, access the admin center via the webstore and set up your app login and required functionalities. Then, download the app to your devices and begin accepting payments.


    Downloading the Software

    Product registration: Register your POS system on the provider’s website to activate your account and unlock admin features.


    Admin setup: Log in to the admin center (available through the webstore) and configure business details, payment options, and user roles.


    Download app: Navigate to the app download section for your operating system (Android, iOS, or Windows) and install the app on your screens, tablets, or devices.


    Start payments: Once the app is installed and devices are configured, staff can log in through the app and begin processing payments immediately.

    How to Use Crypto Payments

    All major cryptocurrencies are accepted, provided the correct blockchain (chain) is selected for each transaction.


    When a customer wants to pay, the system will ask which coin they want to use; the merchant then confirms the coin and the blockchain network, ensuring correct processing.


    The POS generates a QR code or payment address for the chosen coin and chain; the customer scans it and sends the payment from their wallet.


    Transactions are confirmed on the blockchain, typically within seconds to minutes, and merchants can hold crypto or auto-convert to fiat if desired.


    Example Flow

    Customer chooses to pay with crypto.


    Selects the coin (for example, Ethereum, Bitcoin, etc).


    Merchant confirms the appropriate blockchain network (like Ethereum, Lightning, Tron).


    System generates a unique QR code for the exact amount and selected coin.

  • Can I have more than one POSMAGS account?

    Yes, multiple POSMAGS accounts can be created—one for each device, allowing you to operate separate accounts for individual POS stations or roles.


    Device-Based Account Creation

    For each POS device (screen, tablet, register), register a unique account under POSMAGS to maintain independent operations or cash flows.


    Log in to each device using the credentials of its designated account; software typically supports managing and switching among distinct accounts for staff or stations.


    This setup enables kitchen, front desk, or mobile stations to work under their own account, while still being centrally managed and compliant with POS requirements.


    This approach offers flexibility, easy staff assignment, and clear transaction separation for different devices or operational roles.

  • Can I use loyalty points?

    Yes, you can use loyalty points with the Jilsee system. The points program— "Convimiles"—awards one digital token for every dollar (or chosen currency unit) spent, issued automatically via a smart contract after payment is completed.


    How Convimiles Works

    Every time a customer makes a payment in the POS, the system records the transaction and instantly generates Convimiles tokens for each dollar spent. It also generate a loyal community as they will be invited to your community platform and wil recieve all events, special occasions, new menu, promotions etc. etc.


    The issuance and management of these tokens are handled by a smart contract, ensuring transparency and automation—no manual steps needed.


    These tokens (loyalty points) can be stored on the customer's digital wallet and redeemed for future discounts, free items, or exclusive offers.


    The process is secure and can be combined with online and in-store sales for a unified loyalty experience.


    Using Loyalty Points

    Customers automatically receive their tokens/points after each transaction, with no extra registration or manual input needed.


    Redemption is quick and seamless; tokens are verified automatically, and eligible offers are applied at checkout.
